ON MARCH 13, 2008, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 2547, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 specifies that a local government may bill an insurance company, the driver or owner of a motor vehicle, or any other person for ambulance services that are provided in response to or in conjunction with emergency response to motor vehicle accidents.
