Fiscal Summary for HB2590 / *SB2571 MINIMAL Bill Summary for HB2590 / *SB2571 Present law authorizes businesses with a permanent location that are open to the public to provide specially marked parking spaces for the exclusive use of disabled persons. Any such business that commences new construction or makes alterations to its parking area on or after April 24, 2006, is required to provide specially marked parking spaces that comply with federal regulations.
