Companion Bill SB2610. DUI/DWI Offenses - Deletes punishment for offense of DUI where minor passenger is killed or suffers serious bodily injury so that driver under influence commits vehicular homicide or vehicular assault regardless of age of passenger. - Amends TCA Title 55.
