Child Custody and Support - Requires that a court in making a decree or order for child support set a presumptive date for the termination of the current child support obligation. - Amends TCA Section 36-5-101. In making the order, the court must consider the present requirement that a parent continue to pay child support for that parent's child who is over 18 years of age, if the child is still in high school.
