A bill to temporarily extend the programs under the Higher Education Act of 1965.
5/13/2008--Public Law. (There are 3 other summaries) (This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the House on May 6, 2008. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Amends the Higher Education Extension Act of 2005 to extend the programs under the Higher Education Act of 1965 through May 31, 2008. Provides that this extension shall take effect as if enacted on April 30, 2008.
