County Government - Authorizes the county legislative body by a two-thirds vote to adopt a resolution controlling the setting of fires within the unincorporated areas of the county; such authority is similar to that given to municipalities which pass an ordinance to control the setting of fires within their corporate limits. - Amends TCA Section 5-1-118; Section 39-14-306 and Section 68-201-115.
