ON APRIL 10, 2008, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 2499, AS AMENDED.

AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill to exempt the following from the open records law:

(1) The home and personal cell phone number of a public employee;
(2) The residential information, including the street address, city, state and zip code, of a state employee; and
(3) The residential street address of a public employee.
