Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - Allows students failing to achieve the cumulative grade point average for continuation of a Tennessee HOPE scholarship a probationary period or periods during which such students may continue to receive the HOPE scholarship. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9. Fiscal Summary for *HB2521 / SB2744Other Fiscal Impact - Increases the expenditure of lottery proceeds earmarked for scholarships and grants by $30,488,000 in FY08-09 and by $31,100,000 in FY09-10.
