Companion Bill HB2473. Cemeteries - Codifies and expands the Tennessee Supreme Court decision in Hines v. State in 1911, which ensures eligible persons, including family members, descendants, and friends of the deceased persons and persons conducting genealogical research, access to cemeteries and graves on private property, subject to certain limitations. - Amends TCA Title 46.
