ON FEBRUARY 13, 2008, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2507, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 makes numerous technical changes and corrections to this bill and present law to reflect the transfer of duties from the state library and archives management board to the secretary of state.
