To allow the Department of Homeland Security to grant a waiver or exception from certain airspace restrictions.
12/19/2007--Introduced. Amends the Transportation, Treasury, and Independent Appropriations Act, 2004 to authorize the Secretary of Transportation to grant a waiver or exemption from certain airspace restrictions with respect to an event, stadium, or other venue if the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through the Transportation Security Administration, determines that granting such waiver or exemption poses no security risk.
