Ossie Davis Congressional Gold Medal Act - Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to make appropriate arrangements for the posthumous award of a congressional gold medal commemorating Ossie Davis and recognizing his many contributions to the nation.
