MRSA Research and Study Act of 2007 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to establish a six-year program under which the Secretary shall award competitive two-year grants to public or private universities or affiliated teaching hospitals to conduct research into preventing, treating, and finding the cure for Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus. Requires the Secretary to award at least 25 grants during each two-year period of the program.
