Fiscal Summary for *HB2428 / SB2878 MINIMAL Bill Summary for *HB2428 / SB2878 This bill prohibits any election commission from establishing a policy that would prohibit official poll workers from receiving free food or non-alcoholic beverages from any person inside a polling place on election day so long as the cost of the food or beverage does not exceed $25.00 per person and neither the food or beverage containers nor the person delivering the food or beverages is adorned with political materials.
