The act also repeals Section 390.071 (pertaining to the issuance of interstate motor carrier permits) and Section 622.095 (relating to the single state registration system). The act adds a supererogatory provision which states that Missouri will elect not to apply the UCR Act and its accompanying regulations to motor carriers transporting farm products that operate solely in intrastate commerce.
