Internet Safety Education Act of 2007 - Directs the Attorney General, subject to the availability of funds, to create and administer a competitive grant program for eligible organizations to carry out free, age-appropriate programs that promote Internet safety for children. Directs the Attorney General to define, by rule, the term "eligible organization." Authorizes appropriations.
