Makes corrections in the enrollment of H.R. 1429 (Improving Head Start for School Readiness Act of 2007) to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to issue regulations that require Head Start agencies to implement policies and procedures to ensure that homeless children are identified and prioritized for enrollment.
