Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *HB0624 / SB1380 This bill prohibits storing an indoor appliance, such as a hot water heater, washing machine, or refrigerator on the front porch or in the front yard of a residential building in Davidson County. This bill also prohibits parking an automobile or maintaining a chained dog in the front yard for 21 days or a period of time sufficient to kill the grass, whichever occurs first, in Davidson County.
