Companion Bill HB1822. Workers' Compensation - Clarifies that social security offset does not apply to death benefit in permanent total disability cases and requires that certain documents given to a specialist when considering initiation of temporary and medical benefits also be provided to the opposing party; authorizes fee for copies. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 16; Title 41; Title 48; Title 50 and Title 56.
