Vital Records - Adds a registrant's grandparent and grandchild to list of persons to whom the custodian of a vital record may issue a copy of the record; the current list of authorized recipents includes the registrant, the registrant's spouse, children, parents, or guardian, or their respective authorized representative. - Amends TCA Section 68-3-205.
