Utilities, Utility Districts - Clarifies the intent of the Energy Acquisition Corporations Act to include the intent to authorize energy acquisition corporations to acquire electrical materials and supplies; specifies that when an energy acquisition corporation is formed by another energy acquisition corporation, the board of directors will be appointed by the board of directors for the creating energy acquisition corporation. - Amends TCA Title 7 and Title 9.
