SB1763 - Tennessee: Unclaimed Property

Companion Bill HB1878. Unclaimed Property - Adds to the nonexclusive list of programs the commissioner of health is authorized to fund from the health access incentive account created by the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act; removes the requirement that the commissioner of health receive comments from the regional health council on such expenditures; makes other technical changes to provisions governing the administration of the health access incentive account. - Amends TCA Title 66, Chapter 29; Part 1.
