"Investment services trust" means an irrevocable instrument appointing a qualified trustee for the property that is the subject of a disposition that provides that the interest of the transferor or other beneficiary in the trust property or the income from such property may not be transferred, assigned, pledged, or mortgaged before the qualified trustee actually distributes the property or income to the beneficiary.[...] show full description
