Fiscal Summary for *SB0896 / HB0850Decrease State Expenditures - $392,000 Bill Summary for *SB0896 / HB0850 Present law authorizes an educational good time credit of 60 days to any qualifying prisoner who successfully receives a GED or a high school diploma, a two-year or four-year college degree, or a two-year or four-year certification in applied sciences, or who receives a vocational education diploma.
