Companion Bill SB0731. Sexual Offenses - Provides that a prosecution can be commenced for certain sexual offenses committed on or after July 1, 2007, within the applicable period established by law or within one year after the date on which the accused's identity is established through DNA, whichever period is longer. - Amends TCA Section 40-2-101.
