Sexual Offenses - Adds offenses to the list of those for which a convicted defendant is not eligible for probation, parole, or deferral of proceedings. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40. Fiscal Summary for HB0713 / *SB0192 MINIMAL Bill Summary for HB0713 / *SB0192 Under present law, statutory rape, a Class E felony, occurs when: (1) The victim is at least 13 but less than 15 years of age and the defendant is at least four years older than the victim; or (2) The victim is at least 15 but less than 18 years of age and the defendant is more than five years older than the victim. Aggravated statutory rape, a Class D felony, occurs when the victim is at least 13 but less than 18 years of age and the defendant is at least 10 years older than the victim.
