Companion Bill HB1991. Sexual Offenders - Requires persons who contract to provide services to LEAs or child care programs to conduct criminal background checks of employees who come in direct contact with school children or enter school grounds while children are present to ensure that such employees are not sex offenders. - Amends TCA Section 49-5-413.
