Companion Bill HB0957. Sexual Offenders - Requires resident sexual offenders and violent sexual offenders who are issued a driver license or photo identification card to always possess the driver license or photo identification card; requires department of safety to issue another form of identification to any offender who is ineligible for a driver license or photo identification; and requires department of safety to design such license or card in manner that allows law enforcement officers to ascertain the person is a sexual offender. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2 and Title 55, Chapter 50.
