Bill Summary for *HB2144 / SB2279

This bill requires any registered sexual offender or violent sexual offender to register information relating to any Internet account the registrant has, such as email address, instant messaging, and Internet aliases. The Internet account information would be made available to the public through the sexual and violent sexual offender registry.
