Companion Bill SB1606. Sexual Offenders - Provides that a person who is required to register as a sexual offender or violent sexual offender in another state who establishes a residence in this state is also required to register as a sexual offender or violent sexual offender in this state, even if offense committed in other state is offense that, if committed in this state, would not require registration. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2.
