Sexual Offenders - Provides that a person who enters a plea of nolo contendere to a sexual offense in another state, another jurisdiction, or another country must register as a sexual offender if such person moves to this state. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2. Fiscal Summary for *HB0414 / SB0716Increase State Expenditures - $1,300 / Incarceration* Bill Summary for *HB0414 / SB0716 Under present law, a sexual offender from another state, jurisdiction, or country who has established a primary or secondary residence within this state must register in person with a designated law enforcement agency, completing and signing a TBI registration form, within 48 hours of establishing such residency.
