Companion Bill SB0230. Sexual Offenders - Creates class of "child sexual predators" composed of persons convicted of certain sexual offenses and requires that upon a second or subsequent conviction for these offenses the person must serve 100 percent of sentence imposed. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 40, Chapter 35.
