ON MARCH 7, 2007, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENTS #1 AND #2 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 1175, AS AMENDED.

AMENDMENT #1 makes the number of different victims involved in a sex offender's convictions, in addition to the age of the sexual offender and of the victim at the time of the offense, public information on the sexual offender registry.

AMENDMENT #2 removes the offender's parole or probation officer from the list of information that is considered public information for purposes of the sexual offender registry.
