Companion Bill SB1177. Sexual Offenders - Clarifies the age distinctions required for the offense of statutory rape; makes statutory rape by authority figure a violent sexual offense for purposes of the sex offender registry and extends the statute of limitations for the prosecution of aggravated child rape and statutory rape by an authority figure. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5; Title 40, Chapter 2 and Title 40, Chapter 39.
