Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - Allots $3,000 annual salary supplement for teachers in public schools who receive master's degrees in subject areas they teach or which they intend to teach. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 5, Part 2. This bill authorizes a salary supplement of $3,000 per year for each teacher who obtains a master's level degree in the subject area in which the teacher teaches or plans to teach in the public elementary or secondary schools of Tennessee. This bill authorizes each LEA to increase the salary supplement provided for in this bill.
