Safety - Requires all individuals who operate emergency fire or medical response vehicles to be at least 18 years of age, have completed a Tennessee department of transportation driver training course, and pass training standards as set by the Tennessee commission on firefighting personnel standards prior to driving such vehicle on an emergency run. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 140.
