Bill Summary for *HB0360 / SB1542

This bill requires sellers of residential real estate to attach copies of the following to the Tennessee residential property condition disclosure form, which must be provided to the buyer pursuant to present law:

(1) A copy of any subdivision or deed restriction or obligation; and
(2) A copy of the bylaws for any homeowners association that has any authority over the property.
