Fiscal Summary for HB2315 / *SB2231 MINIMAL Bill Summary for HB2315 / *SB2231 This bill authorizes Tennessee Tomorrow, Inc. to participate in TCRS upon passage of a resolution by the corporation's board authorizing an actuarial study and acceptance of the liability for participating in TCRS. The employees of Tennessee Tomorrow, Inc. would make the same contributions and be eligible for the same benefits as employees of other local governments that participate in TCRS.
