Parks, Natural Areas Preservation - Decreases the amount of time in which the commissioner of environment and conservation must complete a comprehensive plan of development and protection and begin the process of acquisition from "within two years" to "within one year" after an area has been made a part of the natural area preservation system. - Amends TCA Title 11.
