Companion Bill SB0881. Sewage - Authorizes a municipal corporation to construct or maintain water or sewage lines on private property if such activity is required because of sanitary sewer overflows caused by groundwater or rainwater and if the property owner consents and agrees to hold the municipal corporation harmless for the work. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 35, Part 4.
