Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *HB0273 / SB0500 Present law requires any municipal planning commission to approve or disapprove a subdivision plat within 30 days after the submission of the plat, otherwise the plat is deemed to have been approved. However, the applicant for the commission's approval may waive the requirement and consent to an extension.
