Fiscal Summary for *HB0275 / SB0498MINIMAL Bill Summary for *HB0275 / SB0498 Present law prohibits the installation and use of a television screen or other device in any position or location in a motor vehicle where it may be visible to the driver or where it may in any other manner interfere with the safe operation and control of the vehicle. It is a Class C misdemeanor for a person to install or cause to be installed a television screen or other device of a similar nature, or to operate upon the public highways, or sell within this state, any motor vehicle that has a television screen or other device of a similar nature installed in violation [...]
