Motor Vehicles - Revises criminal offenses relating to driving while viewing video broadcasts or installing such video equipment in motor vehicles. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 9, Part 1. Fiscal Summary for *HB0275 / SB0498MINIMAL Bill Summary for *HB0275 / SB0498 Present law prohibits the installation and use of a television screen or other device in any position or location in a motor vehicle where it may be visible to the driver or where it may in any other manner interfere with the safe operation and control of the vehicle.
