Military - Revises maximum age provisions regarding the termination of a national guard officer's appointment; sets age limits at those "prescribed in federal law" instead of age 64 for the adjutant general, age 62 for a major general, age 60 for a brigadier general and below, and age 60 for the United States property and fiscal officer. - Amends TCA Title 58, Chapter 1.
