Fiscal Summary for *SB1269 / HB1883Increase State Expenditures - Exceeds $1,000,000 Bill Summary for *SB1269 / HB1883 This bill adds to the general law provisions governing mental health and developmental disabilities to authorize the director of a hospital or facility licensed or operated by the department of mental health and developmental disabilities to operate, direct and supervise an assisted outpatient treatment program, upon approval by the commissioner, and to provide for such outpatient treatment being ordered.
