Companion Bill SB1413. Mental Illness - Directs state to strive to avoid gaps in mental health care services and to endeavor to achieve a delivery system that ensures services are available to recipients on a substantially equitable basis, regardless of place of residence within the state; requires commissioner of finance and administration to report to general assembly regarding equity in the service delivery system. - Amends TCA Title 33.
