Companion Bill HB1197. Medical Occupations - Exempts from the education, certification, registration, credentialing, and examination requirements for radiologist assistants any person who, on or before December 31, 2006, was practicing as a radiology practitioner assistant in this state and submits proof of that practice, an application, and the certification fee on or before December 31, 2007. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 6, Part 2, and Public Chapter 704 of the Acts of 2004.
