Fiscal Summary for *HB0296 / SB1403 Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Increase State Revenues - Not Significant Bill Summary for *HB0296 / SB1403 This bill authorizes covenants not to compete as part of an employment relationship involving a health care provider. A "covenant not to compete" is a restriction of the right of the employed health care provider to practice that provider's profession upon termination or conclusion of the employment relationship.
