Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - Makes the amount of a Tennessee HOPE scholarship awarded to a student attending an eligible two-year postsecondary institution and living in on-campus housing the same as the amount of a Tennessee HOPE scholarship awarded to students attending eligible four-year postsecondary institutions. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9. Fiscal Summary for HB1609 / *SB1481(CORRECTED) Other Fiscal Impact - Increases the expenditure of lottery proceeds earmarked for scholarships and grants by $215,000 in FY07-08 and by $236,000 in FY08-09.
