Companion Bill SB1213. Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - Revises eligibility requirements for Tennessee HOPE scholarships for nontraditional students; requires THEC to report data concerning the award of such scholarships; and requires postsecondary institutions and TSAC to make additional efforts to inform nontraditional students of the availability of postsecondary financial assistance from lottery proceeds. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9.
