Companion Bill SB0356. Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - Permits student who attends an eligible high school and completes all but one high school course at the eligible high school to complete the one remaining course as a homeschooled student and retain eligibility for a HOPE scholarship and General Assembly Merit Scholarship as if such student graduated from the eligible high school. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9. Fiscal Summary for *HB0154 / SB0356Other Fiscal Impact - Increases the expenditures of lottery proceeds earmarked for scholarships and grants by $200,000 per year.
