Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - Permits student who attends an eligible high school and completes all but one high school course at the eligible high school to complete the one remaining course as a homeschooled student and retain eligibility for a HOPE scholarship and General Assembly Merit Scholarship as if such student graduated from the eligible high school. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9.
